About the Role:

We are looking for a detail-oriented ETL Developer with 2–3 years of hands-on experience in Google Cloud Data Fusion to support a 3-month data transformation and reporting project. The role will focus on data wrangling and ETL workflows to create structured inputs for downstream Tableau dashboards.

If you have strong expertise in Google Cloud Fusion and can work independently on complex data preparation tasks, this is a great opportunity to contribute to a fast-paced, impact-driven consulting project.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, build, and maintain ETL pipelines in Google Cloud Data Fusion to extract, transform, and load large datasets from multiple sources.
  • Ensure data quality, consistency, and accuracy through validation and cleansing.
  • Collaborate with the analytics and visualization team to prepare inputs for Tableau dashboards.
  • Troubleshoot data flow and performance issues, optimizing pipelines for efficiency.
  • Document ETL processes and workflows to ensure repeatability and scalability.

Required Qualifications:

  • 2–3 years of hands-on experience with Google Cloud Data Fusion for ETL and data wrangling.
  • Strong understanding of relational databases, SQL, and data transformation techniques.
  • Experience working with structured and semi-structured data (e.g., Bigquery, CSV, JSON, APIs).
  • Ability to work independently and manage deliverables in a fast-paced project environment.

Preferred (Nice-to-Have):

  • Experience with Tableau (building dashboards, creating calculated fields, data blending).
  • Familiarity with other BI tools (Power BI, Alteryx, etc.) is a plus.
  • Exposure to consulting-style projects or client delivery environments.
