Job Description

We are hiring a Frontline Sales Executive for CP sourcing and lead handling in East Pune with a focus on Upcountry Maharashtra markets including Solapur, Latur, Ahmednagar, Satara, Aurangabad, and Osmanabad. Candidates must bring at least two to four years of experience in builder-side or mandate firm roles, specifically handling CP sourcing, outreach, and lead calling. The ideal hire will already have a strong network with at least 20 or more established Channel Partners across the Upcountry belt.

Role Purpose

The role is designed to drive CP activation and sourcing across the Upcountry micro-markets, with weekend customer site visits and sales support as required. A significant portion of the job involves building, training, and managing CP relationships to ensure a steady flow of qualified leads into the sales funnel.

Responsibilities

This role demands field-intensive work, with at least six CP visits per day across the Upcountry markets. Within the first month, the candidate is expected to onboard a minimum of 100 CPs through CRM registration, training, certification, and commission support. The executive will plan and execute roadshows for channel partners to enhance engagement. Another key part of the job is to push for lead generation through CPs, aiming to secure 8–10 site visits per week routed via the network. In addition, the candidate will make 15–20 qualified lead calls per day and attend three to six weekend site visits to assist sales closures. Accurate reporting and 100% CRM logging are mandatory for daily calls, CP visits, and site activity.

Candidate Profile

The ideal candidate will have prior experience in CP sourcing for a builder or mandate firm, strong familiarity with both East and West Pune markets, and the ability to gather continuous market insights through personal networks. They must be comfortable handling 30–40 stakeholder interactions daily, fluent in Marathi (compulsory), and proficient in Hindi and English. The role requires basic knowledge of CRM, Excel, and Google Sheets. A two-wheeler and a valid driving license are mandatory for this position.

Compensation and Benefits

The role offers a fixed monthly salary of 30,000 to 45,000 with additional incentives of 10,000 to 15,000 per booking routed via CP. Local travel reimbursements are covered at actuals or 3 per kilometer, while upcountry travel will be reimbursed against actual bus fares. Accommodation in hotels or guest houses will be provided when travel is required. The role involves six working days per week, with mandatory weekends and Monday as the weekly off.
