Job Title: SAP SuccessFactors Consultant

The ideal candidate will play a pivotal role in supporting and configuring core SuccessFactors modules.

  • Configure and maintain SuccessFactors modules, primarily Employee Central, Recruitment Management, Onboarding, and Performance & Goals Management.
  • Provide Level 2/3 support for issue resolution, root cause analysis, and performance improvement.
  • Collaborate closely with Business HR stakeholders/Product Owner to gather requirements and provide functional/technical solutions.
  • Handle day-to-day operational issues and configuration changes in a fast-paced environment.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Proven hands-on experience with configuration and support of SAP SuccessFactors modules.
  • Good understanding of SAP SuccessFactors system architecture and data flow across modules.
  • Working knowledge of LMS and reporting tools is a plus.
