Job Description:

We are hiring an experienced SAP ABAP Consultant with 5 to 7 years of strong technical expertise in SAP ABAP development. The ideal candidate will have experience working across various SAP modules, custom developments, enhancements, and performance tuning. Exposure to S/4HANA and modern development practices (OData, CDS Views, Fiori integration) is highly desirable.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and deploy custom SAP applications using ABAP (Reports, Interfaces, Extensions, Forms, Workflows – RICEF).
  • Collaborate with functional teams to understand business requirements and develop technical solutions.
  • Develop OData services, CDS Views, and ABAP-based APIs for Fiori/UI5 applications.
  • Optimize existing programs for performance and maintainability.
  • Work on debugging, troubleshooting, and enhancing SAP standard objects.
  • Participate in code reviews and follow best practices in ABAP development.
  • Support migration and upgrade projects including S/4HANA transitions.
Requirements:
  • 5 to 7 years of hands-on SAP ABAP development experience.
  • Strong knowledge of RICEF components, module pool programming, and enhancements.
  • Experience with S/4HANA (at least 1 project preferred).
  • Proficient in OData, CDS Views, and RESTful ABAP programming model.
  • Good understanding of integration with functional modules like FICO, MM, SD, etc.
  • Experience working in Agile environments is a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
