
Customer Experience Growth Specialist

We are seeking a skilled Customer Experience Growth Specialist to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in customer retention and a passion for driving business growth through data-driven strategies.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute comprehensive customer journey mapping initiatives to enhance customer engagement and loyalty
- Analyze campaign performance metrics and provide actionable insights to inform future strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement targeted marketing campaigns
- Manage vendor relationships for CRM platforms, ensuring seamless integration and optimal performance
- 3–5 years of experience in customer retention or lifecycle marketing, preferably in consumer tech or e-commerce
- Strong analytical skills, with expertise in campaign reporting and A/B testing
- Familiarity with CRM and attribution tools, such as Clevertap, MoEngage, and Branch
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
