Sales and Business Development Professional

Aeliya Marine Tech is seeking a highly skilled Sales Coordinator/Sales Representative to join our team.
The selected candidate will be responsible for:
- Responding promptly and professionally to inbound leads via email, chat, and phone calls to ensure excellent customer service.
- Engaging with potential customers to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide product or service information.
- Building rapport and establishing relationships with leads to identify pain points and position our products or services as solutions.
- Proactively following up with leads to nurture relationships, answer questions, and guide them through the sales process.
- Effectively communicating product features, benefits, and pricing to prospective customers, highlighting the value proposition.
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams, such as marketing and dispatch.
- Meeting or exceeding monthly and quarterly sales targets, contributing to the overall revenue goals of the organization.
- Staying up-to-date with industry trends, competition, and market conditions to identify new sales opportunities and strategies.
- Continuously improving sales skills through training, workshops, and self-development.
We are looking for a candidate with:
- Proven work experience as an Inbound Sales Representative or similar role.
- Exceptional communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to engage and build relationships with customers.
- Strong sales acumen and ability to identify customer needs and effectively position products or services as solutions.
- Ability to handle objections and overcome challenges in the sales process.
- Ability to multitask and prioritize effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing customer demands and market conditions.
- Prior experience in Customer Service/Sales Coordinator/International Sales is a plus.
