
Building Strategic Community Partnerships

The ideal candidate will be responsible for acquiring and scaling relationships with high-affinity communities. This involves collaborating with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful presentations and community engagements.
As the face of our company, you will work closely with a team of Relationship Managers to convert interested members into long-term clients. The key responsibility is to drive engagement through events and webinars, build trust, and ensure sustained adoption of our solutions.
- You will work closely with cross-functional teams to identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities and drive retention.
The successful candidate will have strong B2B2C/institutional selling and relationship management experience, excellent communication, presentation, and consultative sales capabilities. A growth mindset and ownership attitude are required to achieve product usage and revenue targets from communities.
Responsibilities:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with high-affinity communities.
- Develop and execute strategies to drive engagement, retention, and revenue growth.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to deliver impactful presentations and community engagements.
- Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
