Qualifications

We seek candidates with:

  • Graduate degree with experience in customer service and banking/financial services.
  • Excellent communication skills in English.
  • Ability to provide great customer experience, solve customer issues, and upsell products.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to meet process CTQs on a daily/weekly/monthly basis.

Preferred Qualifications

We prefer candidates with:

  • Previous experience in a banking or financial services role.
  • Effective probing skills and analytical skills.
  • Strong customer-centric approach and analytical skills.
  • Excellent proficiency in written English and neutral accent.
  • Ability to work in a flexible 24/7 schedule, including rotational shifts and weekends.
