Corporate Relationship Manager Job Description

We are seeking a dynamic and strategic-minded individual to join our organization as a Corporate Relationship Manager. This role requires the ability to onboard corporates, activate them for transactions, and maintain relationships to maximize business opportunities.

The ideal candidate will have experience in Banking/Financial Services/Fintech domain with a minimum of 7 years of experience. They will also possess strong analytical skills, be proficient in working on digital platforms, and have a graduate degree in Finance/Commerce.

In this role, you will be responsible for:

  • Onboarding corporates on the TReDS platform, activating them for transactions, and maintaining relationships to maximize business opportunities.
  • Maximizing throughput (factoring of bills) from all onboarded corporates in your portfolio.
  • Ensuring profitability parameters and charges are optimized for each corporate relationship in particular, and the portfolio overall.
  • Growing the partner/distribution network and exploring untapped segments/companies/territories for business.
  • Achieving sales targets in line with the target established for the area in terms of revenues & volumes.

You will work closely with CXO/promoter levels and decision makers to drive relationships and partner stakeholders to work out solutions for them from our product suite.

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Banking/Financial Services/Fintech domain.
  • Experience in Core Sales, Market Expansion/Penetration, Business Development in Financial Services domain.
  • Graduate degree in Finance/Commerce.
  • Proficient in working on digital platforms.
  • Solution-oriented and strong analytical skills.

Preferred Qualifications include a Professional degree in Finance (MBA, CA etc.) and candidates based locally and operating in the required catchment area will be preferred.
