Job Title: Business Relationship Manager">

The Business Development division of our organization is responsible for building and establishing strong relationships with potential companies and maintaining these relationships with existing companies for the placement of post-graduation program students. This role involves seeking and conducting meetings with decision-makers across these companies to showcase the talent pool of the school along with the diversity of the students that the institute chooses and grooms over the year.

We are looking for an individual who can periodically engage with existing companies by keeping them informed about the latest placement-related developments at ISB and taking their valuable inputs. The incumbent should also invite these companies for various knowledge-sharing forums being organized by the school from time to time.

The successful candidate will be responsible for getting new referrals and ideas from existing relationships for getting more placement options for the students. This requires interfacing with companies to understand their talent requirements and interacting with students to figure out their aspirations and target companies accordingly.

To ensure effective execution of the job, the incumbent must ensure that companies targeted for placement are in sync with the school's requirements and processes followed adhere to set standards or quality guidelines.

This role requires a deep understanding of the job market and awareness of corporate sales. The ideal candidate will have experience in innovative ways of work on new leads generation and can handle internal processes such as generating reports, maintaining databases, responding to internal queries, and contributing to internal recruitment on an ongoing basis.
