Drive Business Growth and Build Strong Relationships
The Role:
- Assist the Zonal Head in achieving profitable sales volumes, growth, and fee income in designated areas.
- Identify new business opportunities and establish healthy working relationships with existing and target customers at middle management levels.
- Ensure high standards of deal structuring, due diligence, and loan documentation are maintained.
- Maintain regular interactions with clients to ensure effective customer service standards and superior client satisfaction.
- Adhere to risk management and regulatory norms, as well as credit policy/process adherence, and conduct portfolio reviews.
- Manage portfolios effectively through reviews, collections, monitoring, and stress asset management.
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills for effective collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
- Excellent analytical abilities to drive informed business decisions.
- A keen understanding of business operations is essential.
