Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a Senior Relationship Officer located in Hyderabad. The Senior Relationship Officer will be responsible for managing relationships with clients, providing exceptional customer service, and supporting customers with education loan processes. Daily tasks include handling client inquiries, assisting with loan applications, and ensuring a smooth loan processing experience. Additionally, the role involves sales and business relationship management, working closely with the finance team to provide accurate loan information and options.
Qualifications
- Proficiency in Business Relationship Management and Sales
- Strong Finance knowledge and skills
- Excellent Communication skills, both written and verbal
- Exceptional Customer Service skills
- Ability to work on-site in Hyderabad
- Experience in the education or financial services industry is a plus
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Business Administration, or related field
