ROLE :Relationship Manager / Senior Relationship Manager

DEPARTMENT :Retail Sales / Institutional Sales / Direct Sales

LOCATION:Hyderabad

Whom are we Looking For?

We are looking for a competent talent who can recruit, retain, and lead the sales team by executing sales plans

for achieving revenue targets.

Roles & Responsibilities

* Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, understanding their investment

objectives, risk tolerance, and financial needs.

* Conduct in-depth discussions and perform comprehensive assessments to develop customized equity

investment solutions.

* Proactively communicate with clients to provide updates on market trends, investment opportunities, and

portfolio performance

* Provide investment recommendations based on the product range available.

* Identify potential clients through direct sources or through partners and generate sales leads.

* Convert sales leads to revenue generation.

* Ensure to build and maintain a strong sales pipeline through effective prospecting and lead generation.

* Drive direct sales efforts, actively engaging with potential customers, and building strong relationships to

convert leads into sales.

* Conduct sales presentations, demonstrations, and negotiations to influence decision-making and close deals.

* Develop strong relationships with clients and ensure customer satisfaction.

* Ensure timely and accurate reporting of sales activities and customer feedback to senior management

Eligibility Criteria

* Candidates must have completed a bachelors degree.

* Candidates should have at least a minimum of 2+ years of success in equity sales.

* Strong understanding of equity products and markets.

* Excellent Sales, bcommunication and interpersonal skills with an ability to build and nurture relationships

with HNI,UHNI clientsRole & responsibilities
