Livspace, Asia's largest and fastest-growing omnichannel home interiors and renovation platform, seeks a highly motivated Channel Partner Acquisition Specialist to join our team. The estimated salary for this role is ₹20-30 lakhs per annum.

As the largest employer of interior designers in the country, we currently serve Singapore, Malaysia, Saudi Arabia, and 30 metro and non-metro areas in India, including Bengaluru, Chennai, Delhi, Noida, Gurgaon, Mumbai, Thane, Pune, Hyderabad, Kolkata, Ahmedabad, Kochi, Jaipur, Lucknow, Indore, Surat, Coimbatore, Mysore, Mangalore, Vizag, Vijayawada.
The Role:
We are looking for a skilled Channel Partner Acquisition Specialist who can build strong relationships with real estate brokers in their designated zone. Your primary responsibility will be to acquire new channel partners and manage existing ones to drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Regular visits to channel partners to build trust and influence their network.
- Ensuring a continuous flow of customer database and leads through channel partners.
- Maintaining the highest level of quality in leads, defined as an Experience Centre Visit or Site Visit for each Customer Lead shared by the Channel Partner.
- Coordinating with cross-functional departments to ensure channel partner satisfaction.
- Frequent follow-ups with internal team members to ensure timely action on customer requests.
- Maintaining a strong brand image through effective communication and service offerings.
Requirements:
- Minimum graduation or similar qualification.
- 1-3 years of experience working with real estate channel partners.
- Good understanding of real estate brokers' businesses and operations.
- Excellent sales skills and ability to connect with channel partners and end customers.
- Valid two-wheeler license and flexibility with work timings/schedule.
- Proficiency in English and Hindi or regional language.
- Highly motivated individual with target-driven mindset.
