Job Summary

We seek an experienced Franchise Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in CRM, sales, or customer-facing roles.

The successful candidate will be responsible for franchise outreach, onboarding, and relationship management. Key responsibilities include:

  • Connecting with inbound franchise leads and curating lists for next steps.
  • Maintaining healthy relationships with franchise partners throughout the onboarding journey.
  • Creating reports for sharing with franchise partners.
  • Ensuring timely updates are shared for outlet operations and promotions.

The qualified candidate will have 1-3 years of experience, intermediate proficiency in computer usage – Excel, fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; Kannada/Telugu would be an asset.

  • Experience in CRM/Sales/Customer-facing roles.
