
Establish Franchise Connections

This role is a crucial part of our team, focused on building and maintaining strong relationships with franchise partners. As a key member, you will be responsible for fostering partnerships that drive business growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage inbound franchise prospect leads generated by our marketing efforts.
- Track lead status and curate the list of leads for subsequent steps.
- Maintain ongoing communication with all leads throughout their onboarding journey.
- Develop Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) for effective communication with franchise partners.
- Prepare regular reports for sharing with franchise partners.
- Monitor outlet performance based on visibility parameters.
- Ensure timely updates are shared with franchise partners regarding outlet operations, campaigns, and promotional events.
- Collaborate with franchise partners and the Operations Director to enhance outlet performance.
- Continuously work on improving the framework for engaging with franchise leads and partners.
- 1-3 years of experience in CRM/Sales/Customer-facing roles.
- Intermediate proficiency in computer skills, including Excel.
- Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; Kannada/Telugu would be beneficial.
- Prioritize extensive travel within the city, 2 days a week.
