Franchise Growth Professional
We seek a proactive and energetic professional to support our franchise sales team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for making outbound calls, engaging franchise leads, sharing initial information, and scheduling qualified meetings with the Franchise Development Manager.
Key Responsibilities:- Make outbound calls to franchise leads shared by the marketing or campaign team.
- Share key information about franchise offerings and investment options.
- Understand the prospect's intent, investment capability, and background before scheduling.
- Schedule qualified leads for virtual meetings with the Franchise Development Manager.
- Follow up with interested leads and maintain proper records in the CRM.
- Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and response tracking.
The successful candidate will have excellent communication and listening skills, ability to identify qualified prospects, and familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes.
