Franchise Development Specialist Role

We seek a proactive Franchise Development Specialist to drive our franchise sales team's success. This key position will focus on engaging with franchise leads, sharing essential information, and scheduling qualified meetings for the Franchise Development Manager.



Key Responsibilities:
  • Make outbound calls to franchise leads shared by the marketing or campaign team to nurture potential opportunities.
  • Effectively communicate i2Global's franchise offerings and investment options to prospects.
  • Understand the prospect's intent, investment capability, and background before scheduling meetings.
  • Schedule qualified leads for virtual meetings with the FDM to advance the sales process.
  • Follow up with interested leads and maintain accurate records in the CRM system.
  • Coordinate with the marketing team to ensure lead quality and response tracking.
  • Meet daily/weekly calling targets and monthly VM scheduling goals to optimize results.


Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in any field (Business or Communications preferred).
  • Minimum 6 months to 1 year experience in tele-calling, inside sales, or lead qualification (preferably in franchising or EdTech).
  • Excellent communication and listening skills to identify qualified prospects and move them into the sales pipeline.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems and lead tracking processes to streamline operations.
