As Gastronomix, we are building a portfolio of street food brands aimed at providing delicious, affordable and hygienic food to our customers.

We are looking for a Franchise Relationship Executive who can own the franchise outreach, onboarding and relationship management. You will be responsible for connecting and curating the leads being generated. You will also be required to look into maintaining a healthy relationship with the franchise partners once onboarded. Responsibilities

  • Handle the inbound franchise prospect leads generated by the ads run by us
  • Track the lead status and curate the list of leads to be passed on to the team for next steps
  • Maintain connect with all the leads through the onboarding journey
  • Create SOP for maintaining healthy communications with all the franchise partners, existing and newly onboarded
  • Create monthly reports for sharing with franchise partners
  • Track performance of all outlets on visibility parameters
  • Ensure timely updates are shared with the franchise partners for outlet operations, campaigns and event promotions
  • Work with franchise partners and the Head of Operations to improve outlet performance
  • Continuously work on improvements in the framework for engaging with franchise leads and partners

Qualifications

  • 1-3 years of work experience in CRM / Sales / Customer-facing job
  • Intermediate proficiency in computer usage – Excel
  • Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory; Kannada/Telugu would be good to have
  • Must be ok with extensive travel within the city, 2 days a week
