Job Summary:

The Franchise Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and acquiring new franchise opportunities. This role involves evaluating competitive offerings, generating leads, and ensuring seamless onboarding of new partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Identify high-potential business regions for franchise development and expansion.
  • Build strong networks with competitor franchisees and assess offerings by brokers and market players in the region.
  • Conduct lead generation campaigns and drive franchisee onboarding closures through effective relationship management.
  • Drive timely business transition, account activation, and revenue generation from newly acquired franchisees.
  • Monitor and maintain franchise retention in line with organizational targets and KPIs.
  • Identify expansion opportunities within the existing network and develop strategies to capitalize on them.
  • Encourage franchisees to adopt digital trading practices, reducing compliance risks and unauthorized trade complaints.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in franchise acquisition, channel sales or partner development with a strong understanding of stock broking principles.
  • Excellent interpersonal and negotiation skills with a proven ability to build and manage relationships.
  • Knowledge of compliance and regulatory frameworks applicable to the stock broking industry.
