Regional Franchise Leader

This key leadership role oversees the development and execution of regional franchise strategies, ensuring seamless team operations, strategic planning, and achievement of franchise onboarding targets. The ideal candidate will possess strong proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and team management, with excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage a team of Area Sales Executives (ASEs) and Area General Managers (AGMs) to drive franchise expansion goals.
  • Supervise and guide the team to ensure alignment with objectives, conducting regular reviews to monitor performance, address challenges, and maintain motivation.
  • Develop and execute region-specific strategies in collaboration with AGMs and ASEs, providing actionable plans to achieve franchise onboarding targets.
Key Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • 8+ years of experience in sales, business development, or franchise operations, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven track record in team management, franchise closures, and target achievement.
  • Strong proficiency in CRM tools, data analysis, and negotiation.
