Role Overview
As a Franchise Sales Intern, you'll play a key role in expanding Rebel Foods' franchise network. This is a B2B sales internship—ideal for early-career professionals (0–2 years) with a passion for sales and relationship-building. You'll be responsible for inbound/outbound calls, identifying, pitching, and onboarding potential franchise partners.
Key Responsibilities
- Engage prospects through inbound leads, cold calls, emails, social media.
- Present Rebel Foods' franchise model—financials, training, support, and operations.
- Manage end-to-end sales funnel: lead generation, qualifying, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
- Facilitate onboarding: coordinate with internal teams, kitchen layout planning, vendor setup, and launch readiness.
- Track progress and maintain franchise pipeline dashboards.
- Build long-term relationships with franchise partners, ensuring satisfaction.
- Support sales and marketing campaigns targeted at franchise growth.
Qualifications & Skills
- Graduate or MBA with 0–2 years of experience in sales, marketing, or business development.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation capabilities.
- Comfortable with cold outreach (calls/emails).
- Proactive, self-driven, and team-oriented.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
