Job Title: Hotel Revenue Manager

Spectra Hospitality is growing rapidly across India with a portfolio of upscale and boutique hotels. To fuel our next phase of growth, we're looking for a Senior Revenue Manager who can drive strategy, strengthen processes, and unlock topline performance.

Job Description:

We are seeking a seasoned hotel revenue management professional to lead multi-property revenue management across our managed and asset-managed hotels. The ideal candidate will have 8–10 years' experience in hotel revenue management, preferably with multi-property exposure.

  • Analyze market trends, demand patterns, and competitor performance to design dynamic pricing strategies.
  • Drive channel optimization (OTAs, CRS, GDS, brand.com) to achieve the optimal business mix.
  • Prepare accurate forecasts, budgets, and performance dashboards for owners and leadership.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

To succeed in this role, you'll need:

  • Proven record of improving RGI, RevPAR, and occupancy across varied property formats.
  • Deep knowledge of OTAs, distribution, RMS, PMS, and digital revenue tools.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate insights into action.
  • Confident leader who can influence cross-functional teams and property GMs.
