We are a fast-growing startup seeking a highly motivated Growth Intern to join our team. As a key member of our sales and marketing team, you will be responsible for driving revenue growth through various initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Sales Performance:
    • Generate and qualify leads for our target revenue stream.
    • Engage with potential customers/partners via phone calls, emails, and social media channels.
    • Support in closing deals and building relationships.
  • Marketing Strategy:
    • Develop and execute scrappy campaigns on social media platforms, including WhatsApp, Instagram, and Meta.
    • Create engaging content (posts, captions, direct messages) that resonates with our target audience.
    • Analyze campaign performance and suggest data-driven improvements.
  • Growth Enablement:
    • Analyze customer journeys to identify drop-off points.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and execute experiments.
    • Share insights directly with leadership.
Requirements:

  • Ability to adapt quickly to new situations and priorities.
  • Possess a strong desire to learn and grow within an early-stage startup.
  • Based in Gurgaon and willing to work from our office.
