Strategic Business Growth Leader

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Strategic Business Growth Leader to drive revenue expansion and build impactful client relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • End-to-end ownership of lead generation, sales funnel management & closures.
  • Prepare & deliver compelling business cases, presentations, and tailored solutions for clients.
  • Drive new client acquisition while nurturing existing BFSI & Fintech relationships.
  • Draft & respond to RFPs effectively.
  • Strong grasp of contracting and commercial negotiations.
  • Maintain & track a robust sales pipeline, ensuring accuracy in reporting.
  • Collaborate with the EVP – Sales on strategies to achieve quarterly & annual targets.
  • Stay ahead by monitoring market trends, competitor activities & business opportunities.
Desired Candidate Profile:
  • 8–12 years of proven experience in Corporate Sales within BFSI / Fintech / SaaS.
  • Hands-on expertise in business development, funnel management & direct sales conversions.
  • Strong networking ability & proven track record in individual lead closures.
  • Excellent communication, client engagement & negotiation skills.
  • A self-driven go-getter who thrives in a target-driven, high-growth environment.
