Job Title: Strategic Pricing ManagerOur ideal candidate will play a key role in shaping our pricing strategy, reducing revenue leakages, and driving data-led financial decisions.Key Responsibilities:
  • Pricing Strategy and Optimization:
    • Design and implement pricing frameworks to maximize profitability.
    • Monitor MDR structures, interchange fees, and cost dynamics.
    • Collaborate with product and business teams to evaluate pricing for new launches or experiments.
  • Revenue Leakage Identification and Recovery:
    • Analyze transaction-level data to identify mismatches, undercharges, and revenue leakage.
    • Support the implementation of controls and fixes to plug leakages across systems and merchant billing.
  • Business Partnering:
    • Act as a finance partner to Product, Engineering, Sales, and Ops teams on pricing and profitability.
    • Participate in key business reviews, offering financial insights and pricing recommendations.
  • Analytics and Reporting:
    • Create dashboards and models to track pricing health, merchant-level profitability, and recovery metrics.
    • Drive automation and visibility across pricing and revenue dashboards using tools like Excel, SQL, Power BI.
Requirements:
  • 5–8 years of experience in business finance, pricing, or FP&A roles.
  • Relevant qualification such as CA/MBA (Finance) or Graduate/Postgraduate in Engineering, Economics, or other quantitative fields.
Key Skills:
  • Strong understanding of merchant acquiring economics (MDR, interchange, transaction flows).
  • Proven ability to conduct financial modelling, pricing strategy, and margin analysis.
  • Hands-on experience with Excel, SQL; familiarity with analytics tools like Power BI or Tableau.
  • Sharp business acumen with strong ownership and cross-functional influence.
