Job Responsibilities

A Store Manager is responsible for ensuring the highest possible level of customer service and implementing visual merchandising according to our guidelines. They maximize sales opportunities and profitability, while also managing recruitment, training, and development of Sales Advisors and the Store Management team.

Requirements

To be successful as a Store Manager, you need proven leadership skills, a high level of trust and integrity, clear vision, goals, and a result-driven approach. You should have a deep interest in developing people and possess:

  • 3+ years of management or store management experience in a customer-facing environment
  • Previous experience of leading and managing teams
  • Knowledge and passion for driving goals forward
  • A passion for profitability and people
  • A customer-first mindset

Additional Information

This is a full-time position for our stores across India. The position reports to the Area Manager.
