Job Summary:

We are seeking a seasoned professional to drive revenue growth through effective partner engagement and strategic partnerships.

About the Role:
  • Achieve revenue targets by building and nurturing strong relationships with channel partners
  • Design and execute incentive programs that align with regional business strategies
  • Ensure seamless partner onboarding and governance processes

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and execute sales strategies
  • Analyze market trends and competitor activity to inform business decisions
  • Budgeting and forecasting: manage budgets and forecast revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure business success

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Has 8-12 years of experience in sales, marketing or business development
  • Has 5+ years of experience in channel partner management
  • Demonstrates excellent communication, negotiation and leadership skills
  • Is able to analyze data and make informed business decisions

Candidates must have a graduate degree (MBA preferred). Experience in designing and executing incentive programs is a plus. We value innovation and adaptability in our team members and encourage continuous learning and professional growth.
