- Operations Management: Managing hotel operations with a bird's eye view and supervising various functions and human resources.
- Service Quality Assurance: Ensuring high service quality through attention to detail and handling escalations and grievances effectively.
- Education: Hospitality graduate or diploma in hospitality.
- Experience: Min. 1-3 years of experience in a hotel, hostel, or guest house.
- Skills: Excellent communication, interpersonal, and time-management skills.
