About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Navigator to join our IKEA Supply team. As a Business Navigator, you will play a key role in driving business performance and development across our Supply Areas. You will be responsible for establishing and maintaining strong relationships with stakeholders, analyzing business performance and identifying areas for improvement, and developing and implementing strategies to drive business growth.

Key Responsibilities

  • Work closely with SA Management Teams to prepare performance reports and identify areas for business development
  • Establish a total IKEA Supply performance overview for SA forums and agenda, and manage stakeholder relationships
  • Secure that existing KPIs reflect real workloads of SA business units and are aligned with IKEA strategic goals
  • Facilitate SA Planning & Execution Process (SA PEP) and monitor SA Roadmap fulfillment
  • Create and maintain a balanced portfolio, ensuring movements towards defined direction and goals, and constant monitoring and evaluating of the portfolio
  • Navigate the portfolio, identifying gaps and advising on optimization and prioritization to decision makers and stakeholders
  • Be the first point of contact for SA Performance, SA PEP, and Portfolios, supporting coworkers to understand processes, tools, and calculation methods
  • Organize and lead periodic trainings for SA KPIs and SA PEP, developing and maintaining relevant learning offers
  • Identify current and future business needs, leading to improvements of existing or implementation of new tools and Power BI dashboards
  • Implement and secure Governance in the area of Performance Management and SA Portfolio
  • Contribute to IKEA Supply business navigation agenda, SA Business Navigators matrix, and Portfolio network, including leading global projects
  • Act as an ambassador of IKEA values and Role Model
  • Responsible for operational resource planning, reporting, and being a speaking partner for all business units regarding navigating in the most efficient way and providing first-level insights for all business units and managers related to their cost center responsibility
  • Support the business team with financial expertise, including annual screenings, formalities, and financial checks for new suppliers, financial analysis, etc.
