Strategic Business Navigator

Job Summary
The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in finance and management, with a minimum of 7 to 10 years of relevant experience. They will be responsible for facilitating SA Planning & Execution Process (SA PEP) and monitoring SA Roadmap fulfillment. The successful candidate will also be skilled in project and portfolio management methodology, with a deep understanding of IKEA's strategic landscape.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and maintain balanced portfolios, ensuring movement towards defined direction and goals.
- Facilitate SA Planning & Execution Process (SA PEP) and monitor SA Roadmap fulfillment.
- Secure that existing KPI landscape reflects real workloads of SA business units.
- Act as the first line of contact for SA Performance, SA PEP, and Portfolios.
- Identify current and future business needs, leading to improvements of existing or implementation of new tools and Power BI dashboards.
Requirements
- University degree within Finance and/or Management; and relevant work experience between 7 to 10 years.
- Ability to understand IKEA Strategic Landscape including SA Planning & Execution Process and SA Roadmap.
- Ability to understand Supply Areas Assignment and structure.
- Good knowledge of reporting landscape and business intelligence tools in general.
- Good knowledge of project and portfolio management methodology and tools.
- High level of proficiency in the Microsoft Office package, especially Power BI.
