Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled Sourcing Specialist to join our team.

This is an exciting opportunity for a motivated and organized individual to contribute to the identification and attraction of top-tier talent that aligns with our specific business requirements.

The ideal candidate will have excellent communication skills, be able to work independently, and possess a strong understanding of various job boards, professional networks, and online platforms.

  • Main Responsibilities:
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand job requirements
  • Search for potential candidates on job boards and other relevant platforms
  • Craft and refine search queries to target potential candidates effectively
  • Analyze candidate profiles, resumes, and online profiles to ensure alignment with job requirements
  • Conduct initial outreach to potential candidates through messaging platforms, emails, or other communication channels
  • Build and maintain a pipeline of qualified candidates for various roles and departments
  • Screen potential candidates through phone or preliminary interviews to assess their suitability and interest
  • Maintain accurate records of candidate interactions in our applicant tracking system
  • Collaborate with the Recruitment team to align sourcing strategies with overall talent acquisition goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree
  • Ability to work on multiple systems and applications simultaneously
  • 2 – 6 years relevant work experience
  • Exceptional customer service focus
  • Proficient in productivity applications such as Google Docs, Calendar, and Gmail
