Job Title

We are seeking a seasoned professional to fill the role of Human Resources Business Partner. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in HRBP and a deep understanding of the pharmaceutical and clinical research industries.

About the Role

  • The Human Resources Business Partner will work closely with hiring managers to develop strategic recruitment plans, coordinate recruiting processes, and ensure timely onboarding of new employees.
  • This role requires excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for implementing employee rewards programs, fostering a positive work environment, and promoting employee engagement and culture initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Recruitment: Develop and implement effective recruitment strategies, manage the interviewing process, and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
  2. Onboarding: Design and deliver comprehensive onboarding programs, provide support and guidance to new employees, and ensure seamless integration into the organization.
  3. Rewards Implementation: Develop and administer employee recognition and reward programs, promote employee appreciation and motivation, and foster a culture of excellence.
  4. Employee Relations: Provide counsel and support to employees and managers, investigate workplace issues, and develop solutions to resolve conflicts and improve workplace dynamics.
  5. Employee Experience and Engagement: Foster a positive work environment, promote employee well-being, and engage employees through various initiatives and activities.

Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field.
  • 5-6 years of experience in HRBP, with a proven track record of success in recruitment, talent management, and employee relations.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong business acumen, with knowledge of industry trends and best practices.
