Operations Talent Sourcer Job Opportunity

We are seeking a detail-oriented and driven Operations Intern – Talent Sourcer to support our team in talent acquisition and operations.

This role involves sourcing and identifying potential interviewers for various roles, utilizing professional platforms and maintaining an organized database of potential Interviewers.

Your expertise in computer science and coding degree will be invaluable in this role as you conduct preliminary screenings, shortlist candidates, manage pipelines, collaborate with internal teams, and stay updated on industry trends.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Sourcing and Screening: Utilize job boards, professional platforms, and other tools to identify and evaluate potential interviewers based on qualifications, experience, and job requirements.
  2. Pipeline Management: Maintain an organized database of potential Interviewers, ensuring regular follow-ups, tracking, and reporting on sourcing activities and results.
  3. Collaboration and Coordination: Work closely with the internal team to understand hiring needs and priorities, provide support in scheduling interviews, and managing communications.
  4. Market Research: Stay updated on industry trends and talent market dynamics, suggest strategies to improve sourcing effectiveness.

Qualifications:

  • Pursuing or completed a degree in computer science / coding degree.
  • Familiarity with sourcing tools such as Naukri, Indeed, etc.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
  • Ability to multitask and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Previous exposure to recruitment or HR operations is a plus.
