Job Description

We are seeking a Strategic Talent Manager to partner with business leadership and drive focus on critical human resource metrics.

  • Determine key talent requirements and develop strategies to attract, engage, and retain top talent aligning with business needs and values.
  • Leverage HR data and analytics to provide insights and recommendations to executive leadership on workforce planning, talent metrics, and HR KPIs.
  • Develop and implement change management strategies and communication plans for major organizational transformations, mergers, acquisitions, and restructuring initiatives.
  • Ensure compliance with applicable employment laws, regulations, and industry standards.
  • Collaborate with internal stakeholders to manage employee relations, including labour and employment concerns.
Responsibilities
  • Talent Management: Develop and execute talent acquisition and retention strategies to meet business objectives.
  • HR Operations: Manage HR systems, processes, and policies to ensure efficient delivery of HR services.
  • Employee Relations: Provide expert guidance on employee relations, labour laws, and employment practices.
  • Change Management: Lead organisational change initiatives, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and manage risks associated with change.
  • Compliance: Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and company policies.

The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment, and have a proven track record of driving business results through strategic HR initiatives.
