As a dynamic and motivated People Leader, you will play a crucial role in building a strong talent pipeline, shaping company culture, driving compliance, and supporting leadership with HR best practices.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Talent Acquisition: Build and maintain internal and external talent pipelines for critical roles.
  • Recruitment & Onboarding: Manage hiring strategies & process, enhance candidate experience, and ensure smooth onboarding.
  • Culture Development: Drive initiatives that build a strong, inclusive, and values-driven culture.
  • Leadership Support: Act as an advisor to business leaders and teams.
  • Performance Management: Guide managers on effective goal setting, evaluations, and feedback practices.
  • Employee Development: Support learning initiatives and manage development journeys for top talent.
  • HR Operations: Ensure policies align with laws and best practices; manage HR operations, systems, and audits.
  • Employee Engagement: Handle grievances, conflict resolution, and promote healthy workplace relationships and employee engagement.

Requirements:

  • Progressive HR experience, with at least 5 years in a senior HR role.
  • Strong expertise in talent attraction & development, performance systems, and compliance.
  • Excellent leadership, communication skills.
  • Bachelor's or Master's in HR, Business Administration, or related field.
