Job Description

As a strategic business partner, the Talent Acquisition Manager plays a vital role in driving organizational success by identifying, attracting, and hiring top talent to meet business objectives. This key position requires exceptional collaboration and communication skills to design and implement effective talent acquisition strategies that meet business needs.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Partner with senior leadership and cross-functional teams to develop and execute end-to-end recruitment processes that identify, attract, and hire top talent for critical positions.
  • Develop and implement targeted talent acquisition strategies that align with business objectives and improve productivity.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and effective decision-making.
  • Design, plan, and forecast headcounts to ensure alignment with business needs.
  • Provide expert recruitment counsel and guidance to hiring managers to ensure effective hiring decisions.
  • Owning the entire recruitment process from initial approval to onboarding.
Required Skills and Qualifications:

The ideal candidate will possess a Master's Degree or equivalent in education and experience, along with minimum 12+ years of related experience. Additionally, they should have expertise in managing people and HR data systems, as well as the ability to succeed in fast-paced environments with constantly changing priorities.
