  • Develop strong relationships with business stakeholders, TA leadership, key HR contacts, and across the broader organization.
  • Gain an understanding of assigned businesses to anticipate future recruitment needs and align sourcing strategy accordingly.
  • Ensure effective communication with hiring managers and senior stakeholders, facilitating a consultative recruitment experience.
  • Act as a key contact point for recruitment queries/issues arising within the RPO team.
  • Analyze and communicate recruitment trends, results, and insights to drive future recruitment activity.
  • Communicate process benefits and changes to key stakeholders.

Job Requirements:

  • Bachelor's/Master's degree.
  • 8+ years of experience in Search/RPO firms or quick learners with excellent communication skills and a zeal to nurture a career in RPO space.

Desired Competencies:

  • Excellent Written and Oral Communication.
  • Strong experience of hiring for Manufacturing, Sales & Marketing, Corporate roles in Steel, mining, chemical industry or agrochemicals, fertilizer, pharmaceutical, petrochemicals & FMCG space.
  • Knowledge of professional network and job portals usage.
  • Head Hunting Skills.
  • Positive attitude towards work.
  • Experience of engaging specialized, high-skilled, or difficult-to-attract talent.
  • High target and delivery orientation.
  • Advanced knowledge of MS Office, database management (ATS).
