Customer Service Representative Role Overview

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated customer service representatives to join our team. The role involves making outbound calls to US-based customers as part of a dynamic business process.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Make outbound calls to US-based customers to promote products or services, gather information, and achieve sales targets.
  • Engage with customers in meaningful conversations to build strong relationships and drive business growth.
  • Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals and conversion rates.
  • Handle customer objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to enhance call quality and overall performance.
  • Maintain compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent qualification.
  • 1–4 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with US clients.
  • Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
  • Ability to work night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
  • Goal-oriented mindset with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
  • Knowledge of US culture and customer behaviour patterns.
