Job Description – US Voice Process customer services (CVS)
- 1–3 Years
- Location: Kolkata / Noida
- Open to Work from the Office.
Shift: Night Shift (Work from Office)- Both side cab facilities is available.
Note: The candidate will be joining after the BGV is complete.
Role Overview
We are seeking energetic and goal-oriented Outbound Calling Executives to join our team at Capgemini. The role involves making outbound calls to US-based insurance companies, patients, or the helpdesk as per process requirements. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, customer engagement abilities, and a strong commitment to achieving sales and conversion targets while ensuring compliance with company policies.
Key Responsibilities
- Make outbound calls to US-based insurance companies/patients/helpdesk as per process requirements.
- Engage customers in meaningful conversations to promote products/services or gather required information.
- Achieve daily, weekly, and monthly targets and conversion goals.
- Handle objections professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
- Collaborate with team leads and quality analysts to improve call quality and performance.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and US calling regulations.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
- 1–4 years of experience in outbound calling, preferably with US clients.
- Open to Work from Office.
- Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with CRM tools and call centre software.
- Open to work night shifts and adapt to US time zones.
- Goal-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic.
- Knowledge of US culture and customer behaviour.
