- Position: International Voice and Non-voice Customer Support

- Shift: Night Rotational Shift

Key Requirements & Responsibilities:

- Minimum Education: 12th pass

Key Skills: Excellent communication, adaptability, and basic computer skills

- Handle inquiries and resolve issues from international clients via phone, email, and chat
- Maintain professional and empathetic communication across different time zones and cultural contexts
- Provide accurate product, service & policy information
- Use CRM tools effectively
- Fluent English communication (Voice/Chat) is essential
