- Handle customer queries related to airline bookings and cancellations
- Provide accurate resolutions via mail and chat
- Ensure SLA compliance and deliver best-in-class customer experience
- Maintain customer satisfaction
2 Project Coordinator Deluxe (Media Firm)
Eligibility & Requirements:
- Graduate / Undergraduate can apply
- Minimum 1 year of experience in International Voice / Semi-Voice / Project Management
- Excellent communication and client-handling skills
- Willingness to work in US shifts
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients, managing relationships internally and externally
- Drive status calls, executive summaries, and strategy meetings for high-profile projects
- Prepare and maintain project timelines, budgets, pricing quotes, and estimates
- Ensure billing and revenue tracking on a weekly basis
- Deliver exceptional client service and keep stakeholders informed
