1. International Non-Voice Process Telecom Eligibility: Graduate / Undergraduate (Freshers can apply) CTC: 3.2 LPA 5.5 LPA Shift: US Shifts
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries via non-voice channels (chat/email).
- Ensure adherence to SLA and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Deliver accurate and timely support in a professional manner.
2. Project Coordinator Media Firm CTC: Up to 6 LPA + 7,000 shift allowance Experience: Minimum 1 year in international voice process (mandatory)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Act as the primary point of contact for customers and internal stakeholders.
- Manage customer engagement, status calls, executive summaries, and strategy meetings for high-profile projects.
- Maintain strong client relationships and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Prepare and communicate project timelines, budgets, pricing quotes, and estimates.
- Ensure billing and revenue tracking is updated weekly.
Requirements (Both Roles):
- Excellent communication skills (verbal & written).
- Strong problem-solving and client management abilities.
- Flexibility to work in US shifts.
