We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Tableau Presales/Solution Consultant to join our team at Uneecops Technologies Ltd. As a key member of our sales team, you will play a pivotal role in driving the success of Tableau solutions by engaging with prospects and customers to understand their needs and deliver compelling, value-driven solutions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT: Partner with Account Executives to understand customer requirements, conduct discovery sessions to identify pain points, business needs, and analytics goals, and build strong relationships with stakeholders across various levels of the organization.
  • SOLUTION DESIGN AND DEMONSTRATION: Create and deliver tailored product demonstrations showcasing Tableau's capabilities, develop Proof of Concepts (POCs) based on customer requirements, and highlight key features like data visualization, dashboards, and advanced analytics during presentations.
  • TECHNICAL EXPERTISE: Stay up-to-date with Tableau's product roadmap and ecosystem, provide deep technical guidance on data integration, data prep, and analytics best practices, and address technical objections and ensure smooth integration with existing systems.
  • COLLABORATION: Work closely with product management, engineering, and customer success teams, provide feedback on customer needs to influence product enhancements, and collaborate on RFP/RFI responses and create technical documentation for proposals.
  • THOUGHT LEADERSHIP: Conduct webinars, workshops, and seminars to educate potential clients, represent the company at industry events and conferences, and stay ahead of the curve in the analytics industry.

Qualifications:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business, or related field.
  • Experience: 3+ years in presales, solutions consulting, or related roles, with hands-on experience with Tableau or other BI/analytics platforms.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in data visualization and dashboard creation, understanding of SQL, data modeling, and database technologies, and familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Azure, GCP).
  • Soft Skills: Strong presentation and communication skills, ability to translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences, problem-solving and critical thinking abilities, presentable, good communication skills, and a quick learner.
