Maa Homes & Estates Private Limited is seeking a Chief Growth Officer to spearhead our business development initiatives, expanding our presence in the real estate sector. This role involves leading and building a business development team, fostering growth across multiple lines of businesses.

About the Position
The Chief Growth Officer will report directly to the CEO and be responsible for driving partnerships and sales, identifying new business opportunities, and analyzing market data to inform strategic decisions. A strong understanding of real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices is essential for success in this role.

Salary and Benefits

Responsibilities and Requirements
- Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify growth opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams (sales, marketing, finance) to align business development goals.
- Represent the company at industry events and networking functions.
- Results-oriented with a focus on driving revenue growth and achieving business objectives.
- Proven experience of 10-15 years in business development within the real estate industry in Bangalore.
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal abilities.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to analyze market data and drive actionable plans.
- Familiarity with real estate market trends, regulations, and industry best practices.
- Command over languages Kannada, Telugu, Tamil, and Hindi is preferred.
