Key Account Business Growth Strategist

At Spruce Up, we're seeking a seasoned Senior Business Development Executive to spearhead key account sales with a minimum of 5 years of experience in business development and industrial sales. This role is ideal for a strategic thinker who can develop customised solutions for our clients.
Job OverviewWe are looking for a results-oriented professional who can drive sales growth, manage key accounts, and ensure customer satisfaction. As the primary point of contact for key accounts, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining strong relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services, and negotiating and closing sales deals.
Responsibilities- Key Account Management: Develop and maintain strong relationships with key accounts to understand their needs and ensure satisfaction.
- Serve as the primary point of contact for key accounts, addressing their concerns and providing solutions.
- Identify opportunities to upsell and cross-sell our products and services to existing key accounts.
In this role, you will also be responsible for:
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and drive revenue growth.
- Conducting market research to identify potential key accounts and develop strategies to engage them.
- Presenting our products and services to key accounts, highlighting their features and benefits.
- Negotiating and closing sales deals with key accounts, ensuring mutually beneficial terms.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or key account management, preferably in the industrial machinery or related industry (Minimum 5 years).
- Strong presentation, communication, and negotiation skills.
- Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with key accounts and stakeholders.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to develop and execute sales plans.
- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
- Familiarity with CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
