Job Title: Software Onboarding Specialist

Feufo Inc is seeking a highly skilled Software Onboarding Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our customer success team, you will be responsible for ensuring a seamless onboarding experience for our clients.

Responsibilities:
  • Take ownership of customer relationships from sales closure to contract renewal.
  • Coordinate setup requirements internally and with customers to ensure successful software implementation.
  • Provide comprehensive training to customers and hand over to the customer support team for ongoing support.
  • Maintain regular communication with customers, briefing them on new features and opportunities for growth.
  • Cross-sell and upsell to customers to increase revenue and retention.
  • Own overall relationship with assigned clients, ensuring high satisfaction and retention rates.
Qualifications:
  • At least 2 years of experience in customer success or account management.
  • Proven experience in a SaaS company, with software setup training and customer onboarding expertise.
  • Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft Office suite, G Suite, and CRM tools like HubSpot or Salesforce.
  • Prior project management experience, with the ability to use modern project management tools.
  • Experience with customer support tools like Zendesk or Freshdesk.
  • Self-starter, disciplined, and organized, with a strong analytical mindset.
