Relationship Manager

**Job Overview:**
As a Mutual Fund Relationship Manager, you will play a crucial role in driving sales growth and expanding market share within the assigned location or branch. Your primary responsibility will be to build and maintain strong relationships with mutual fund distributors and registered investment advisors, ensuring seamless communication and effective business development.
**Key Responsibilities:**
- Develop a comprehensive understanding of various investment options available across asset classes, including debt, equities, and hybrids.
- Identify, build, and maintain relationships with existing and new distributors to achieve targeted growth and revenue objectives.
- Provide product and process knowledge to enable mutual fund distributors to effectively meet client needs and sell company funds.
- Foster strong communication and influencing skills to engage with various stakeholders and generate business from mutual fund distributors.
**Requirements and Qualifications:
• A bachelor's degree or MBA in any field.
• At least 6 years of experience in sales, preferably in an asset management company (AMC) or other financial services organizations.
• Basic understanding of mutual funds and financial products.
• Certification in NISM/AMFI is desirable.
