Strategic Financial Partner for Organisational Growth

At Maersk, we are seeking a skilled Financial Leader to drive organisational performance and growth. This key role will provide strategic financial guidance, leadership, and support to ensure the success of our business.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement financial plans to drive business growth and improvement.
- Provide analytical support to inform business decisions and ensure alignment with overall strategy.
- Collaborate with the Area Leadership Team to improve performance and achieve business objectives.
- Challenge shortfalls and opportunities for high performance, providing recommendations for improvement.
- Ensure decision-making is based on robust data and logical assumptions.
- Qualifications: Chartered Accountant or MBA degree in Finance.
- Experience: Minimum 7+ years post-qualification experience in a business partnering environment.
- Skills: Proven ability to initiate business improvement projects, influence without authority, and impact decision-making.
