Strategic Partner Account Manager for Business Growth

Position Overview:
We are seeking a seasoned Partner Account Manager to drive business growth through strategic partnerships with consulting firms and hyperscalers. This role is critical in building and maintaining relationships, aligning partner activities with our business objectives, and ensuring our partners have the resources and support they need to deliver outstanding value to customers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with consulting partners to develop joint business plans that align their goals with our company's objectives.
- Drive revenue growth through sales opportunities, influence demand generation, and support the successful closure of deals.
- Ensure partners are accurately trained and enabled to sell, implement, and support our products and services.
- Monitor partner performance against established critical metrics and identify areas for improvement.
- Develop and execute joint go-to-market strategies with consulting partners, including marketing initiatives and thought leadership campaigns.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- 7+ years of experience in partner management, business development, or channel sales, preferably within the technology or consulting sector.
- Proven track record of managing and growing relationships with consulting or strategic partners.
- Strong understanding of the consulting business model and hyperscaler models.
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- Results-oriented with a strong sense of ownership.
